I am a firm believer in the fact that the food that we eat, and our lifestyle choices, can affect our health positively or negatively.

As someone with several health issues (Celiac disease, Fibromyalgia and several allergies), I have take the best care of myself that I can.  This blog is designed to journal my food choices, and how I live my life in order to achieve this.

What I write here is not a replacement for medical advice.

  1. Hello. I have just a quick little question to a 3 year old post on herrings! 🙂 Do you just eat the tiny pin bones? I’ve purchased frozen fillets, and baked them for about 20 min. at 180C. I can feel the bones. That doesn’t bother me. I just don’t know if it’s normal to eat them without softening them with some acid like vinegar. Thanks.
